Washington Missouri May 8, 2010

On a chilly Saturday morning in May with my long johns on and bundled up warm, a small group of Road Riders for Jesus met at Ridgecrest Baptist Church and headed down Hwy 94 South towards Washington MO. Although cool but sunny it was a great day to fellowship whit other Motorcyclist. We rode past Busch Wildlife and traveled through Daniel Boone country, and made our way to the famous Cowan’s Restaurant in downtown Washington MO. We met Ron and Jude Zamkus and another couple from Jefferson City at the restaurant. We had a good breakfast and talked for sometime. While we were there a little girl and her mother walked over to us and asked if she could see our motorcycles up close. We were happy to comply and let her sit on several of the bikes. They attended a local Baptist church and were happy to see that we had a ministry with motorcycles. We returned home the same way and arrived safe and sound.
